Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology, Currently Licensed or License eligible in a Mental Health profession, Previous EAP experience preferred, Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) preferred.
Key responsabilities:
- Conduct telephonic intake and assessment
- Provide clinical consultation and short-term counseling
- Engage in crisis intervention and case management
- Offer management and organizational consultations
- Maintain client data in the EAP Expert database
