We have an exciting opportunity for an Advisor Compensation Associate! This role is responsible for gathering variable compensation requirements and processes semi-monthly advisor compensation cycles.

The initial salary target for this role is $50,000.00 - $60,000.00; it is also eligible for bonus.

We select our initial compensation target using national compensation survey data. When we make an offer, we then factor in things like tenure, performance, and geographic location to come up with the most accurate numbers. Primary Job Functions

  • Gather information for newly acquired companies and code, design, and test the system to configuration accurate calculations of the Financial Advisors variable compensation payments

  • Analyze system design, configure new variable compensation plans, review legal financial agreements, testing/validation and documenting all variable compensation processes

  • Assist with semi-monthly compensation payroll processing

  • Analyze and update critical pre-processing salesforce dashboard reports

  • Assist with pay period compensation review by payee

  • Maintain and update Compensation System

  • Receive all new user financial agreements and add them into the system

  • Develop enhanced reporting, archival processes, and dashboards

  • Assist with variable compensated advisor review and set up

  • Assist in diligence review and integration planning related to contracts, solicitor agreements, employment agreements, etc.

  • Attend integration meetings and communicate details across accounting teams

  • Assist teams with compensation related questions and coordinate follow up actions

  • System coding for new compensation plans as needed

Education/Qualifications

  • Associate degree

  • 2+ years business experience, preferred experience in accounting, audit, or compensation processing

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Tools 

  • Inter-personal and communication skills working with people at all levels

  • Experience communicating sensitive information

  • Attention to detail & problem-solving skills

  • Time Management & strong organization skills
