Operations Processor II – New Business

As an Operations Processor II, you will be responsible for providing personalized and professional service to participants of Structured Settlements. You will do this by promptly and accurately setting up annuity contracts in our administrative system.  You will also engage with agents and their staff to assure submitted business and corresponding premium are in good order.  You will work with a substantial degree of independence and will need to exhibit good judgment and a thorough understanding of Structured Settlement procedures and philosophies.

Your contribution at Corebridge

As a contributor to the Structured Settlement Team you are one of the people our clients turn to in times of need. You act with speed, composure, compassion, and knowledge to solve problems for our customer and the work you do every day is the heart of our business.  You will be expected to provide excellent support to our internal and external customers by performing the following:

  • Process incoming mail, fax, and emails and perform necessary updates to the administrative system for all New Business received daily

  • Review New Business documents to ensure they are compliant both legally and procedurally

  • Engage and respond with agents and their staff to assure we are providing a high level of service and quality that exceeds expectations

  • Process routine and non-routine cases

  • Correspond professionally with both internal and external customers

  • Produce daily/weekly/annual reports accurately and timely

  • Perform quality control review of work performed by peers

  • Coordinate duties and tasks by effective prioritization of responsibilities and time management

  • Additional work/projects assigned by Management

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years of insurance experience preferably with immediate or deferred annuity products.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong Customer and Team Orientation.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high work volume with tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Microsoft Windows.
  • Some College Preferred but not mandatory.
