As a Virtual CSC Instructor -S, you will be responsible for assisting with, preparing for, and facilitating training to the call center agents supporting the Client Service Organization and Field Technology Support call centers. You will administer polls/learning checkpoints and monitor agent participation. Adhering to the company’s policies and procedures is essential.

Day to Day, You'll...


  • Deliver effective training courses and performance support materials in an adult learning environment for call center agents. The training is typically at an intermediate level. Identify learning objectives for each course and ensure courses are aligned with business unit strategic objectives.
  • Work with a Senior Training Developer to select appropriate instructional delivery methods that match to intended learning objectives.
  • Provide input, when requested, on training needs assessments and job/task analysis to support ongoing development and improvement of training courses.
  • Use the standard report results template to share progress on training programs with leadership team.

The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan.
