Key responsabilities:
- Understand DM value proposition to drive sales
- Lead and develop high-performing sales team
- Establish and manage sales forecasts and KPIs
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build relationships with KOLs and represent DM at industry events
