We are seeking a Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Data Engineering Specialist Matcher. This role focuses on identifying and connecting exceptional talent in the fields of machine learning, AI, data science, and data engineering with the perfect clients. Our team excels at understanding the specific needs of our clients in these high-demand areas, tailoring recruitment strategies to find the best match. You'll leverage your knowledge of advanced technologies and industry experience to attract top talent, ensuring a seamless fit for both the candidate and the client.

Our team of experts can quickly identify the specific requirements of our clients, and we work closely with them to develop a customized recruitment strategy that meets their unique needs. We take the time to understand the specific skills and attributes required for each role and use our industry knowledge and experience to identify and attract the best talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze resumes and applications to identify highly qualified candidates in machine learning, AI, data science, and data engineering.

  • Conduct technical interviews, assessing candidates' proficiency in areas such as machine learning models, AI frameworks, data analysis techniques, and big data engineering tools.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring alignment with the technical requirements of each role.

  • Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers regarding the technical and cultural fit of candidates.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier talent in ML, AI, data science, and data engineering for current and future job openings.

  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in AI, data science, and engineering recruitment.

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their technical and strategic needs, helping them build and scale their data and AI-driven teams.

  • Act as a consultant to clients, providing advice on talent acquisition strategies to meet their project and business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in an IT-related field, such as Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or Software Engineering.

  • Proven experience working with sales teams or in a sales-facing role, showcasing the ability to collaborate with sales professionals on talent matching for highly technical roles.

  • Strong technical knowledge of machine learning algorithms, AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.), data science languages (Python, R), and big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, etc.).

  • Experience leading recruitment efforts for highly technical teams, including managing remote interviews, providing technical feedback, and ensuring team fit.

  • Ability to work remotely with strong communication and collaboration skills across various locations and time zones.

  • Previous experience working in fast-paced environments such as startups or tech consultancies, with a proven ability to adapt to evolving business needs.

  • Experience working in multicultural settings and collaborating with diverse teams, ensuring inclusive hiring practices.

  • Familiarity with collaborating with product and engineering teams to gather hiring requirements, provide feedback, and ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Good understanding of enterprise companies’ cultures, and experience sourcing talent for large-scale technical projects in machine learning and AI domains.
