Position Summary

We are looking to optimize the retention of current customers by implementing a sustainable service model, fostering profitable and long-lasting commercial relationships for the company.


Premise is growing, and we are looking to add a Customer Success Manager 


***This is a remote position based out of our Santa Cruz de la Sierra - Bolivia


What You Will Do

  • Ensure compliance with the budget allocated for repurchase.
  • Execute commercial strategies that drive the value proposition for our customers.
  • Follow up with other areas regarding the management of the products promised to their customers, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Make constant visits to assigned customers to present management reports and value propositions.
  • Follow up on action plans proposed by customers.
  • Respond to customer requests, concerns, or requirements and manage the optimal level of response.


What You Bring Along

  • General professional experience: Minimum 2–3 years.
  • Professional in marketing, administration, business, or related areas.
  • Specific professional experience in areas and industries of mass consumption, market research.
  • Excellent Commercial profile and networking in the country
  • Skills to handling of objections and requests 
  • English B2 


Extras

  • Advanced Excel skills (database management, pivot tables, basic functions such as search and conditional).
  • Effective presentations (good audience management, good tone of voice, fluency).
