Job description

This is a remote position.

Scope:
  • Part-time position, 20 hours per week (4 hours per day, 5 days a week)
  • Working hours: 11 AM to 3 PM Miami Beach Time Monday to Friday
  • Fully remote position
  • Potential for growth to full-time in the future
Content Posting and Engagement
  • Edit and Post Content: Post Client's edited content to Instagram, ensuring optimal engagement times. (Platform: Instagram)
  • DM Management: Respond to DMs with supportive responses, fitness tips, and encouragement; aim to guide new followers towards booking a discovery call.
  • Social Media Engagement: Like and comment on posts by women in your target audience to build relationships. (Goal: 10 meaningful interactions per day with potential clients)

Client Support

  • Community Check-Ins: Respond to any immediate questions in the community chat and track engagement metrics (who’s engaging, who may need motivation).

Community Engagement

  • Check-In Forms: Review client responses from the weekly check-in forms (Platform: Typeform). Note any concerns and address individual needs.
  • Weekly Reminders: Send a reminder to all clients to complete their check-in form and upload weekly progress photos.
  • Fitness Program Adjustments: Confirm all clients have updated fitness programs and provide any needed adjustments.
  • Content & Education Ideas: Suggest ideas for weekly educational posts in the community chat (e.g., tips on recovery, mindset shifts).

Client Onboarding

  • New Client Setup: Complete onboarding tasks for any new clients, including sending the welcome pack, setting up their meal plan, cardio regimen, and fitness program on their calendar.
  • Whoop Tracker Purchase: Ensure a new tracker is ordered and set up for each new client.

Metrics for Weekly Tasks:

  • Weekly Client Check-Ins Completed: 100%
  • Active Client Participation Rate: >80% completing check-in forms and progress photos

Reporting & Optimization

  • KPI Review: Assess engagement metrics on Instagram, discovery calls booked, and client feedback. Suggest content or process improvements.
  • Client Retention Review: Identify any clients who may need additional encouragement or support based on their recent activity and feedback.
  • Resource Planning: Evaluate if there’s a need for additional educational materials, workout programs, or challenges in the community to boost engagement.

Metrics for Monthly Tasks:

  • Discovery Calls Conversion Rate: Conversion of discovery calls to new clients should meet target goals.
  • Client Satisfaction Rate: Maintain high satisfaction through feedback forms or direct feedback gathered during check-ins.
  1. Instagram Engagement Rate: Track likes, comments, follows, and DMs that result in discovery calls.
  2. Discovery Call Conversion Rate: Number of calls booked to new clients acquired.
  3. Client Engagement Rate: Percentage of clients actively filling out forms and participating in community chats.
  4. Client Retention: Percentage of clients staying on the program after their initial period.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and online platforms
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Familiarity with or interest in fitness and wellness (preferred)
  • Experience with customer service or client relations (preferred)
