Job Summary:

The Operations Specialist at our company will play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of our chauffeured services. We are looking for an adaptable, tech-savvy individual with exceptional English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Dispatch Management:

Supervise our AI dispatch system, ensuring efficient scheduling and operational excellence.

Driver Support:

Assist our professional drivers with information and preparation for their schedules.

Client Liaison:

Handle reservations, inquiries, and feedback in English, demonstrating professionalism and efficiency.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare operational reports and provide insights to management.

Qualifications:

* Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
* Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* High level of customer service and attention to detail.
* Basic understanding of AI and software systems (beneficial, but not required).

* High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
