Job description

Flapen is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Amazon Product Researcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive product research and analysis to identify profitable products for our Amazon portfolio. Your findings will play a crucial role in driving our product selection and business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead comprehensive market research on Amazon to identify potential new products and evaluate their feasibility and profitability.
  • Manage our brand's presence on Amazon, being responsible for its reputation, customer perception, and sales performance.
  • Facilitate the launch of new products, overseeing everything from the initial stages of development to the final launch strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align product research findings with business strategies.
  • Consistently track and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior on Amazon.
  • Use the research insights to help develop and optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
  • Understand and apply Amazon’s algorithm for product listing and ranking optimization.
  • Create and present detailed reports of research findings, translating complex data into understandable and actionable information.
  • Evaluate customer feedback and reviews, recommending improvements based on research findings.
  • Work closely with teams to ensure product availability and manage product life cycles.
