About the role:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Lead Machine Learning Engineer to join our dedicated Data&AI team. You will have access to huge data sets and an opportunity to create innovative ML solutions at the global level. 

Our technical stack: 

  • We write our ML code in Python;
  • We use MLflow and DVC for experiments and data versioning;
  • We rely on BigQuery and PostgreSQL for data warehousing;
  • When it comes to scheduling ML pipelines, we use orchestration frameworks like Airflow and Kubernetes.
What you'll be doing: 
  • Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists;
  • Develop and deploy new machine learning algorithms;
  • Analyze the performance of current ML solutions and identify opportunities to improve;
  • Continuously improve delivery processes. This involves identifying bottlenecks, removing obstacles, and optimizing the team’s workflow;
  • Provide technical leadership, helping to elevate the quality of work across the team;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to share findings and guide product development.
About you:
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning Engineering, with at least 1 year in a lead role;
  • Deep understanding of ML algorithms and optimization methods;
  • Strong practical knowledge of Python and SQL;
  • Understanding of Agile principles/experience as a Scrum Master;
  • Working knowledge of how to put ML models into production from research to deployment.
