We are seeking a proactive and skilled Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles, including technical, marketing, and non-technical positions, with experience in hunting top-tier specialists. Experience in the iGaming industry is highly desirable. Job Description
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for positions across the EU Zone+Central Asia.
  •  Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract candidates across multiple channels.
  •  Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments.
  •  Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring needs.
  •  Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  •  Provide insights on market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent availability.
  •  Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  •  Prepare and present candidate profiles to hiring teams in a professional manner.
  •  Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the EU market+Central Asia.
  •  Proven track record of successful placements in various industries.
  •  Excellent communication skills in English and Ukrainian, both written and verbal.
  •  Strong understanding of the European labor market and employment regulations.
  •  Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  •  Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  •  Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  •  Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
