About the role...

The Reactivation Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in re-engaging our lapsed participants and inquirers through innovative and effective marketing strategies. The primary focus will be to develop and execute campaigns across print, digital, and email platforms, aiming to reactivate lapsed accounts and increase re-engagement. This is a role ideally suited for someone who has the ability to think analytically, creatively and innovatively. 

Road Scholar offers a remote-first work environment. The compensation range for this exempt level salaried position is $65,000 - $75,000. 

You will...

  • Develop and implement comprehensive reactivation marketing strategies, focusing on print, digital, and email marketing
  • Analyze and segment lapsed account data to identify reactivation opportunities and tailor campaigns accordingly
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications teams to design and execute compelling creative across channels
  • Develop test campaigns, including personalization and A/B testing to maximize re-engagement rates
  • Work with the customer service team to understand customer feedback and integrate insights into efforts
  • Identify data gaps and obtain third-party data as needed
  • Stay abreast of marketing trends to inform strategies
  • Monitor and report on reactivation campaigns, using data to drive decisions and improve future strategies

You need...

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing, with a focus on reactivation or retention
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with business intelligence tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
  • Track record of high productivity in a remote work environment
