Description

monday.com is looking for a maintenance team member to join the Workplace team and take responsibility for maintaining our Tel Aviv office.

You will hold the full scope of responsibilities for maintenance tickets, preventive maintenance, vendor relations, and service experience for our employees, guests, and partners. You will create and maintain a pleasant, aesthetic, and functional work environment, inspiring our employees and ensuring that they experience a high level of organizational effectiveness, safety, and fun.


About The Role

  • Be a part of the Workplace team and take ownership of the company facilities and smooth day to day operations 
  • Solve tickets for maintenance related issues such as; repairs, drywall, painting, plumbing, preventive maintenance, and more. 
  • Enhance employee experience within our great office environment
  • Coordinate and execute office maintenance activities 
  • Manage office vendors and relationships over time
  • Engage with employees and stakeholders to coordinate facilities related projects

Requirements

  • Previous experience in workplace/facilities positions or similar roles (fast pace environment) - minimum 2 years
  • Proven previous experience with paint repairs, dry walls, plumbing systems, ceiling repairs etc.
  • Previous experience with building infrastructure systems 
  • Technical and handyman skills - Must  
  • Strong verbal and communication skills. Work fluently and confidently in English.
  • Customer centric approach.
  • Multitasking skills, ability to prioritize and work as needed towards meeting short deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point) and email tools (as Outlook or Google calendar) - must. PM tools proficiency - an advantage.
