About the role

With us you will be responsible for 

  • Leading Product Design and Architecture: You will lead architectural decisions that shape the future of our healthcare solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with industry standards 

  • Collaborating with Global Teams and Customers: You will understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions 

  • Engaging with Customer Stakeholders: You will build strong relationships to maintain a clear and predictable product vision 

  • Identifying and Mitigating Risks: You will detect gaps in architecture, security, deployment, and configuration, proposing solutions to minimize risks and enhance system integrity 

  • Mentoring and Coaching Team Members: You will guide them in resolving complex technical issues and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement 

 

We are looking for someone with: 

  • Extensive Experience in Software Development and Architecture, with a proven track record in designing and implementing complex software systems

  •  Expertise in Healthcare Standards like FHIR, openEHR, and SMART on FHIR to ensure interoperability and compliance 

  • Visionary Architectural Skills to conceptualize and design holistic solution architectures that meet current and future needs 

  • Knowledge of Cloud and Containerization, including proficiency in public and private cloud platforms and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes 

  • Agile Methodology Proficiency, with experience working in agile environments utilizing methodologies like Scrum or Kanban 

  • Strong Technical Skills in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, web development, and design patterns 

  • Programming Expertise, with excellent coding skills in languages such as C# and experience with frontend frameworks like Angular 

  • DevSecOps Experience, with exposure to integrating security practices into the DevOps process to ensure secure and reliable software delivery
