As a Customer Manager, you will play a central role in the growth of our largest customers in the Norwegian market, while contributing significantly to our overall development. You will manage and nurture key relationships, develop comprehensive sales strategies, and help drive our business forward. As a Customer Manager at Tietoevry Tech Services, you will:
- Be responsible for managing sales and opportunities within the specified customer(s)
- Build and develop a potential sales pipeline, responsible for establishing sales plans, targets and strategies, as well as having control over sales performance within the customer context
- Work with a wide range of leading services and technologies within data analysis, AI, modernization of applications, cloud transformation, modernization of infrastructure and workplaces
- Develop and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders of our customers
- Demonstrate "Thought Leadership" in the customer context
Who we are looking for:
- Track record of experience in building and increasing sales for customer account(s)
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Solid understanding of contract management
- Experience of working and solutioning across the IT landscape, and depth in one of the industry domains will be advanatgeous
- Relevant experience of 5 + years as customer or sales manager
Requirements
We expect that you have relevant higher education and work experience. Our Business language in English, fluency in one of the scandinavian languages will be an added advantage.
