As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the business lifecycle team in efforts to increase acquisition, activation & retention of our Business Admins, Users and Work Profile Users with efficient communications.
The focus of the role will primarily be on making sure there is a solid strategy for the area being led and owning the execution through area team, masterplan and roadmap item’s ROI prioritization.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

- <point>Create and oversee lifecycle communication strategy for the assigned product, while maintaining quarterly roadmaps & project reviews for all stakeholders.</point>
- <point>With the help of Lifecycle Marketing Specialists, co-manage over 5000 automated messages in more than 30 countries, including the copy, visuals, and target audiences.</point>
- <point>Analyze existing communications and with the help of the specialists, bridge any gaps in performance, either technical reachability or optimization related.</point>
- <point>Create analytical visibility of Business Admins, Users and Work Profile User's lifecycle's performance to stakeholders.</point>
- <point>Make sure we have a solid upsell and cross-sell strategy and execution in place and ensure we have a positive incremental uplift with automations and yearly boost in each of the countries we are active in</point>
- <point>Build and mentor a highly efficient team focused on growth. Foster a healthy environment for professional development.</point>

- <point>You have experience in leading a small to medium team of up to 10 people</point>
- <point>You have experience in strategic B2B marketing.</point>
- <point>You have experience with lifecycle/email campaigns and communicating to wide global audiences.</point>
- <point>Your English copywriting skills are excellent.</point>
- <point>You have a data-driven and customer-centric approach to tracking and analysing campaign results.</point>
- <point>You are good at maths and understanding the technical big picture in relation to automations.</point>
