If that sounds like you, we want you to be our next Loyalty Content Exec.
We want someone who can make our customers love Chip with compelling content.
Working very closely with the Brand Content Lead, you’ll sit on our new Loyalty Squad, and your wider team will be our highly collaborative in-house creative team.
Day-to-day, you’ll be paired with a CRM manager, and work with them to create the right content that’s delivered to the right people at the right time, to make them love Chip and our brand. Taking people on a journey from a new customer through to becoming a real advocate for Chip, exclaiming “wow this app is amazing.”
Specifically you will be tasked with writing emails, blogs, webpages, push notifications, app and social content as needed. You’ll also be expected to edit, proof and peer review your colleagues' work as a key part of our in-house creative team’s QA process.
We need someone who can get to grips with our products, understand what the real benefits of Chip are and sell them to people.
But your challenge will be to work with the team to build the softer side of Chip, and help make us a brand people want to be a part of and recommend to their friends.
To do this you’ll need to have a strong creative streak, know how to structure an article, write tight impactful copy and have a feeling for both written and visual storytelling.
Ultimately you need to know what makes people tick. Think about the little things you can create to make someone smile or feel impressed with every interaction with Chip.
We’re not expecting you to be a CRM or a financial expert, but you need to be enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the industry and what we do at Chip.
If you know your way around canva/figma etc, and platform native social media content tools that’d be a huge plus too.
This is a junior role. So, we’re open to recent graduates, but if you don’t have any work experience in finance or content marketing, we’ll need to see evidence that you can write/create content, you have a genuine interest in the industry.
What you can expect to be doing:
- Working very closely with the CRM team to deliver impactful content with a performance mindset

- Proofing, QA and peer review content
- Keeping a library of content up to date
- Making data driven optimisations to content

- This is a junior role, suitable for recent graduate, or someone with a few years of marketing or content experience looking to get into fintech.
