What’s Under the Hood

DriveTime Family of Brands includes in-house financing and servicing through Bridgecrest, which is one of the country’s leading financial servicing providers. Bridgecrest services roughly $17 billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers.

That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?

In short, the Indirect Funding Agent works with 3rd party dealers and internal partners to verify contract packages. The Agent will demonstrate proficiency in the underwriting policies and procedures through reviewing and verifying loan documents as well as corresponding with dealer partners to resolve pending items.

In long, the Indirect Funding Agent is responsible for:

Ability to complete reviews with a high sense of urgency while maintaining an emphasis on accuracy.
Provide feedback through notes and touchpoints.
Professional communication with dealership partners.
Ownership/involvement in specialized department processes and projects as needed.
Appropriately address dealer questions and educate dealer partners on our funding policy as opportunities arise.
Foster internal relationships and thrive by partnering with Dealer Specialists and other departments.

The Specifics.

High School Diploma or GED required
Must have availability to work Monday through Friday with shifts between the hours of 8:00am-7:00pm. This is a hybrid role and allows some opportunity to work from home once training is completed.
