AT&T Business Solutions (ABS) is seeking a dynamic and flexible Lead Supply Chain Planning Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supply and demand planning for ABS hardware. This position requires a proactive and open-minded individual who can effectively coordinate with logistics operations, product managers, and suppliers to ensure accurate forecasting and optimal inventory levels for each product.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply and Demand Planning:

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for ABS hardware products.
  • Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors to predict future demand.
  • Create and manage supply plans to meet demand forecasts while minimizing excess inventory.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure they align with demand forecasts.
  • Develop strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce carrying costs.
  • Implement inventory control measures to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with product managers to understand product life cycles and promotional plans.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to manage lead times and ensure product availability.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze supply chain performance metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on supply chain performance and improvement opportunities.
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies in supply and demand data.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Lead initiatives to improve supply chain processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain management.
  • Implement new technologies and tools to streamline planning processes.

Education: Minimum Bachelors degree, Masters degree preferred in supply chain management/operations management, data science/analytics, or engineering.

Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in the areas of supply chain management, data science/analytics.

Supervisory: No.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, and supply chain software).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and openness to adapt to changing business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the telecommunications or technology sector.
  • Proficiency in advanced supply chain planning software (e.g., Relex, Blueyonder, or similar).
  • Certification in data analysis

Our Lead Supply Chain Planning Analyst earn between $94,300 - $141,500 of TSR. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
