Job description

Overview:

We're looking for a Part-Time (0.6 FTE) Nurse Navigator to join our Breast Care Services team!

 

What You Can Expect:

 

The Nurse Navigator will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of breast surgeons, breast radiologists, oncologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care of patients through their cancer journey.

 

Remote Role

Monthly team meetings in person

May be required to come in occasionally patient care.

 

Schedule: 3 variable 8 hour days per week - Monday - Friday, 8a - 4:30p. No weekends / holidays!

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors of Nursing Degree
  • Experience: 2 years's of RN experience
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License in the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous oncology experience
  • Able to work autonomously
