Job description

Are you an experienced software engineer with deep experience in building and shipping amazing products? Do you have high standards when it comes to code quality and user experiences? As an engineer at Bluelight Consulting you will help our incredible clients achieve their technical goals in one of two ways: 1) Team Augmentation: You will integrate yourself directly into our client’s team and work alongside their existing engineers on a daily basis. 2) Design & Build: You will work on a Bluelight Consulting development team to build and ship greenfield applications for our clients.

What We Are Looking For
  • Utilize your expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP to create and maintain high-quality, responsive WordPress websites with seamless user experiences.
  • Develop theme-based WordPress pages, building and customizing themes to meet project specifications and design requirements.
  • Implement and maintain web accessibility standards (WCAG 2 AA) to ensure that all websites are accessible to a diverse range of users, including those with disabilities.
  • Work closely with the product team and designers to translate mockups into functional and aesthetically pleasing webpages, ensuring that all design elements are accurately implemented and optimized for web use.
