Role & Team
We are currently looking for an ERP Functional Analyst (f/m/x) to join our team and drive the implementation, customization, and ongoing optimization of our ERP system. In this role, you will ensure that our ERP solution aligns with our business processes and supports operational excellence. You will lead system configuration, manage support processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and improve overall business performance.
Here below are some examples of your core activities:
1. ERP Implementation & Configuration:
Lead the implementation and configuration of ERP systems to align with business needs.- Customize ERP modules to support specific organizational requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
2. Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions to identify and document business needs.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for system configurations.
3. Project Management:
Develop and maintain project schedules, manage detailed timelines, and monitor project progress.- Proactively identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Facilitate coordination between internal teams and external partners, overseeing tasks and progress.
- Organize post-go-live hypercare and manage the transition to steady-state support.
4. System Support & Maintenance:
- Provide first- and second-level support to ERP users, acting as a central contact point between internal users and external partners.
- Ensure ongoing system documentation and manage upgrades, version migrations, and the deployment of new features.
- Maintain data integrity protocols and monitor compliance with industry security standards.
5. Collaboration & Best Practices:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP functionality meets business objectives.
- Advise on ERP best practices and recommend ways to optimize workflows and improve system usage.
6. Data Management & Reporting:
- Manage ERP databases, extract and analyze data, and create reports to support decision-making.
- Maintain data integrity, enforce data security, and establish reporting protocols within the ERP system.
Nice to have
What you will need to be successful in the role:
- 3+ years in similar roles
- Profound knowledge and hands-on experience with specific ERP platforms - we use Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proven track record in successfully implementing and configuring ERP systems to align with business processes and requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues, perform system maintenance, and ensure smooth ERP functionality.
- Understanding of data security protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations within the ERP environment.
- Experience in managing system upgrades, version migrations, and staying updated with the latest ERP features and functionalities.
- To be a constant learne
- Fluent written and spoken English (C1 level) and Italian (C1 level)
