Job description

At Kwalified, we are a one of a kind recruitment agency specializing in connectingbusinesses with top Virtual Assistant (VA) recruiters. We are on the verge oflaunching and are looking for a motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant andBusiness Support to join our growing team. This role offers hands-on experience inrecruitment and business operations, with ample opportunities for learning andprofessional growth.

In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for managing recruitment processes
as well as supporting key business functions to drive the success of our company. You
will be directly involved in recruiting virtual assistants, assisting with branding and
business strategies, and helping lay the groundwork for Kwalified’s operational processes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Job Descriptions & Posting: Write and tailor job descriptions for recruiters across various markets based on specific candidate avatars (Junior, Medior, Senior, Expert, and Lead Recruiter roles). Post these job descriptions on appropriate platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and job boards.
  • Active Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter Seat to source potential candidates for recruitment positions actively.
  •  Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database in Notion to ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Candidate Screening: Review and pre-screen all applicants' CVs. Conduct intake interviews with pre-qualified candidates and handle the administrative management of all candidate documents (CVs, contracts, salary packages, etc.).
  • Employer Branding: Support Kwalified’s Employer Branding efforts by creating and managing engaging content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to attract new recruiter candidates.
  • Process Documentation: Develop a comprehensive "white book" detailing all company processes from A to Z. This documentation will be organised in Notion and will serve as a guide for future Virtual Assistants.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct research on various topics, including SWOT analyses of our services and competitors. You will also assist in the implementation of strategies and recruitment tools to enhance our operational efficiency.
  • Marketing Agenda: Help create and execute a marketing agenda aimed at attracting more recruiters to join the Kwalified network.
  • Kwalified Academy & Inner Circle: Assist in the launch of the Kwalified Academy and Inner Circle, which are aimed at providing professional development and networking opportunities for recruiters in our community.

  • Interest in Recruitment & Business Operations: You should have a strong passion for both recruitment and business support.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential, especially for candidate interviews and employer branding efforts.
  • Organizational Skills: A keen eye for detail, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in managing databases like Notion.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and job boards is highly desirable. Experience with recruitment software is a plus.
  • Proactive & Adaptive: You should be eager to take initiative, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • The Service Provider needs to provide
  • 1. Computer System: a. A personal computer equipped with at least an Intel Core i7 processor or equivalent, capable of handling multitasking and running complex applications.
  • 2. Internet Connectivity: a. A stable and robust internet connection that allows for the smooth operation of the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and videoconferencing tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, or others.
  • 3. Video Conferencing Equipment: a. If not incorporated into the computer, a camera that supports a resolution of 1280 x 720 px or 1980 x 1080 px (HD) for clear video communication. b. A quality headset to ensure clear audio during online meetings.
  • 4. Workspace Environment: a. A quiet and undisturbed space to conduct online meetings and focus on work-related tasks without interruptions.
  • 5. Monitor Screen (Recommended): a. A monitor screen of 15 inches or more is strongly recommended to facilitate multitasking and provide a comfortable viewing experience. Please note that these requirements are essential to perform the role effectively and maintain a professional presence during remote interactions with clients, candidates, and team members.
