Job Overview

The Data Analysis Auditor is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights that drive compliance and business improvements. This role involves identifying trends, patterns, and potential risks within audit data and presenting findings through detailed reports. They ensure accurate documentation, word choice, standards of care expectations, adherence to core processes, monitoring of compliance activities, maintaining up-to-date records and supporting informed decision-making across the organization. They must be comfortable working with large datasets and have the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Job Description:

  • Data Gathering and Analysis: Collect and analyze audit data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that may indicate areas for improvement or potential risks.
  • Report Preparation: Create comprehensive audit reports that detail findings, insights, and recommendations. Present these reports to management, providing clear explanations of the data and its implications for compliance and operations.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Continuously monitor audit data to track compliance with regulatory and field related standards, internal policies, and industry best practices. This will be done through our Practice Information Management Software (PIMS), reports, video & phone audits, as well as clinic documents.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and current records of all audit activities, findings, and corrective actions. Ensure that documentation meets regulatory requirements and is easily accessible for internal and external audits.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with all teams to gather data, share insights, and support ongoing improvements in compliance efforts
  • โ€‹Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance audit processes and data analysis techniques to increase efficiency and effectiveness.


Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, auditing, or a related role
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing compliance issues.
