Welche Aufgaben erwarten dich bei uns?

• Du analysierst Arbeitsprozesse und machst dir Gedanken, wie man diese mittels IT weiter verbessern und digitalisieren kann.

• Du treibst die Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Unternehmensprozessen voran.

• Du berücksichtigst dabei Kosten und Nutzen.

• Mit dieser Ausbildung wirst du zum Digitalisierungs-Spezialisten und kümmerst dich um die Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen, insbesondere aus der kaufmännisch-wirtschaftlichen Perspektive.

• Du betreust verschiedene Digitalisierungsprojekte in unseren kaufmännischen Bereichen (Personal, Einkauf, Finanzen).

Wie passt du in unser Team?

• Du hast eine gute mittlere Reife, fachgebundene Hochschulreife, Fach- oder Allgemeine Hochschulreife.

• Du besitzt Grundkenntnisse der Computersysteme.

• Du bringst hohes Engagement und eine hohe Lernbereitschaft mit.

• Dir macht es Spaß, auch abstrakte Probleme zu analysieren und zu lösen.

• Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
