 We're seeking hard-working Laborers to provide general labor to our team in Denver, Colorado. 

What does an Installer/Laborers do?

This position will be responsible for operating forklifts, providing logistics management of products arriving and departing the warehouse, driving a 26 ft truck to deliver products to and from job sites, and general labor. 

More specifically, the responsibilities are as follows:

  • Follow established safety rules and regulations including PPE and OSHA standards.
  • Providing coordination for logistics of products 
  • Will be responsible for unloading products off trucks.
  • Drive a 26 ft truck to and from job sites. 
  • Perform general labor within the warehouse and at the job site.
  • Ability to learn new processes while following guidelines within efficiencies and quality.
  • Will operate a forklift.

 

We're looking for these qualifications:

  • Available and willing to travel extensively to job sites, daily and in some special cases, for extended periods of time.
  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
  • Must have prior experience driving a 26ft truck.
  • Must have a forklift certification.
  • Must have prior warehouse experience.
  • Motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Possess strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
  • Knowledge of tools and basic operating use
  • Organized and capable of meeting deadlines as an individual or as a team
  • Positively represent the company

 

Working Conditions: 

  • Able to travel to H2I Locations and/or Job Sites 95% of the time with occasional overnights (5%)
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, hear, and speak to use the telephone and to communicate with individuals both inside and outside the organization.
  • Effectively communicate and follow oral and written instructions, and possess arm, hand, and finger dexterity to use when reaching, handling, grasping, or using a keyboard.  
  • The employee is regularly required to sit, walk, and stand. 
  • Ability to work outdoors, indoors in extreme temperatures, in confined spaces, in high places, and in excavated areas. 
  • Must be able to climb a ladder, scaffolding, and stairs. 
  • Must be able to kneel, stoop and squat often. 
  • Ability to swing a hammer.
  • Arm, hang & finger dexterity with both hands involved in activities such as reaching, handling, and feeling. 
  • Ability to use hands and power tools.
  • May work around chemicals, grinding and torching, and near cranes and moving equipment. 
  • Will work in close contact with other people.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. 
  • Stand or walk for 8+ hours. 
  • Must have the ability to lift both arms overhead. 
  • Must possess keen vision and hearing.
