Job Summary / Impact: We are seeking a manager for our internal and external ad trafficking teams. In this role, you will be responsible for managing teams who traffic all digital ads for 80+ websites, including banners, newsletters, social, audience extension, and native ads/content. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital media advertising and will be a strategic thinker.
Essential Job Function:
Manages ad operations team members and relationship with outside trafficking vendor- Genisys.
- Ensure team:
- Accurately implements and monitors advertising campaigns in Google Ad Manager and other ad serving platforms.
- Troubleshoot and fix display issues of advertising campaigns.
- Implement and post Native advertising campaigns using proprietary CMS system (Aspire).
- Track and implement digital sales order using AdOrbit (internal ad order entry system).
- Implement, monitor and proof advertising for assigned newsletters using proprietary platforms (Aspire). Manages pacing and make-good process for all digital advertising campaigns.
- Responds to all inventory queries and maintains estimated impressions for SOV products.
- Monitor and optimize all campaigns for booked impressions.
- Process make goods at end of each month.
- Thinks strategically about digital ads, staying informed on technologies, creative standards and tracking verification vendors.
- Maintains and creates all process/training documentation for traffickers and vendor.
- Train team on all changes to processes and systems.
- Monitors and distributes workload amongst team members and vendor.
- Ensure implementation of best practice guidelines and follow company processes.
- Role requires some trafficking for newsletters and web programs not handled by outside vendor.

Preferred Education / Experience
- Prefer 5 years in a related position
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
This is a supervisory position.
We are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 - $75,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed.
If you are hired for this position at Endeavor, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as hiring location, skillset, prior years’ experience, relevant education, certain degrees and certifications, training, and market considerations. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.
