Job Description

Your shift will either be from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 3:30 PM - 12 AM CST. For either shift, you are also required to work your chosen shift every Sunday.


  • Takes incoming calls from injured workers seeking medical attention from doctors.
  • Ensures injured workes have all the necessary paperwork to seek treatment.
  • Provides administrative processes support for routine "back office" tasks such as data entry, order and application processing, document verification, accounting support and preparing mailings.


Qualifications

Minimum Education:


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Bilingual Spanish - Fluent (Takes Spanish speaking calls)
