Job description

Our Customer Analytics team is seeking a Game Performance Analyst in Oklahoma to join the Aristocrat Gaming Intelligence program. The Game Performance Analyst will be responsible for providing actionable analytics to help drive value for both Aristocrat and our Customers. This role will support the Sales team and key internal/external stakeholders such as casino management and internal product teams to identify, analyze and monitor game and customer performance through analytics to implement strategy and drive effective business decisions. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical with advanced Excel skills and strong SQL knowledge.

What You'll Do
  • Implement strategy and monitor execution for assigned sales territory to proactively provide added value to Aristocratโ€™s customers by leveraging data and analytics
  • Develop solutions that support commercial and sales strategies as well as promote optimal performance and drive revenue
  • Visualization and reporting of significant analytical findings
  • Engage continually with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Gaming Ops, Finance, etc.) to understand business needs
  • Constantly look for opportunities to innovate or improve current processes to drive value for both internal and external customers
  • Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction through the implementation, investigation, analysis, and relationship building efforts
  • Manage and anticipate all senior management needs, requests and presentation requests

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years experience in Analytics, ideally within casinos gaming industry
  • Slot analysis experience strongly preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas and functions, cleaning and preparing data, pivot tables, charting, conditional formatting, macros and VBA
  • Strong experience building presentations utilizing PowerPoint or similar tool
  • Experience with SQL Server or similar
  • Experience with BI Tools such as Tableau
  • Excellent and proven project management skills
  • Strong teamwork, interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and customer focused
  • Outstanding oral, written and communication skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent

Pay Range

$62,545 - $116,155 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
