PCG is currently seeking a Talent Management Specialist to join our Human Capital Management team. The Human Capital Management team delivers enterprise-wide talent management programs which focus on performance management, learning, growth and development, employee engagement, workforce planning, people analytics, and more. The Talent Management Specialist will report into the Talent Management team and be responsible for implementing, managing, and sustaining programs, processes, and technology systems that work together and contribute to positive talent experiences. They will continuously evaluate and identify innovative ways to deliver organizational solutions that improve employee experiences and promote productivity, efficiency, and peak performance. They will have the skills to execute and deliver programs and results of the highest quality.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to support the execution of the talent management strategy for the organization.
  • Administer talent management programs that fuel performance, maximize engagement, and promote continuous learning, growth, and development.
  • Manage learning and development focused programs, e.g., new hire onboarding, required learnings, people manager development, leadership development, and more.
  • Facilitate various learning and development programs virtually and in-person (as needed).
  • Responsible for the day-to-day technical and operational management of training assignments, campaigns, reporting, assessments, and other functions in our enterprise Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Develop and facilitate training sessions that support the rollout of talent programs.
  • Develop and maintain creative learning content and resources that drive the adoption of talent programs.
  • Develop and coordinate mass/targeted marketing plans and communications.
  • Prepare, interpret, and present data analytics and reports out of core talent and learning management systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date Administration Guides, Job Aids, and SharePoint pages for our program offerings.
  • Maintain learning and program evaluations that drive continuous program improvement.
  • Liaison with business stakeholders on all aspects of program management and delivery ensuring alignment, adoption, and proficiency across the organization.

  • Adept at administering SAS technologies, mastering system functionality, and training others to proficiency.

Qualifications

  • BS or BA degree.
  • 5+ years of related experience in a Talent Management, Organizational Development, Training, Onboarding, or Learning and Development role.
  • Knowledge of educational learning theories, eLearning technologies, tools, and instructional design techniques.

As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $70,000-$90,000. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role.

Compensation

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
