Job description

The Role

Fisher & Paykel Appliances is seeking an innovative Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our key dealer partners in the D.C., Maryland, and Delaware territories!

You Will

  • Be the brand ambassador and product expert for Fisher & Paykel and DCS full suite of products
  • Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory
  • Train sellers through telling our brand story and product training within our dealer partners enabling them to understand how to best position and sell our products to end consumers
  • Deliver marketing and communication support to top dealer accounts through cross-collaboration with the marketing team
  • Participate with the sales management team in developing the sales strategies for the business
  • Monitor competitor activity in each account and ensure that appropriate response strategies are formulated and communicated
  • Achieve company strategic objectives, including, but not limited to, achieving budgeted sales, and performing administrative duties, for example, timely submission of spiffs, expenses, mileage claims, and dealer claims
  • Work cross-collaboratively with Product Management, Marketing, and other Territory Managers in the country

  • You've got the intelligence, commercial awareness, and savviness to be able to close a deal but also make yourself a long-term business partner to our dealers.
  • A road warrior - you enjoy traveling and building relationships with your clients.

You Have

  • 3-5 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role - preferably in luxury premium appliances
  • Must be licensed to drive in the US and have a reliable mode of transportation to ensure that you can safely and reliably visit our dealers within the designated area
  • Undergraduate degree or related experience
  • Background in design is highly desirable

The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $110,000 base. This range is a guideline and may not reflect your exact offer. Factors considered when extending an offer include (but are not limited to) education, experience, relevant skills, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
