The LIS Systems Manager will provide technical leadership and direction for designing, installing, upgrading and maintaining enterprise information systems including software, hardware, databases and networks. Oversee the daily management of assigned team members and provides training and mentorship for the improvement of overall operations. Recommend future planning and development of resources to support organizational initiatives. Provide 24/7 support for assigned information systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of seven years of IT experience required.

• Minimum of two years of leadership experience required.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems or related field OR equivalent combination of education/experience combined required (One year of education equals one year of experience).

• High school education or equivalent required.

• Ability to organize, prioritize and schedule work assignments required.

• Demonstration of strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, both oral and written required.

• Knowledge of general office equipment and Microsoft Office applications required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with healthcare information systems preferred.

• Experience with healthcare information systems including application and data layer management preferred. Experience with PACS systems preferred.

• Experience in MS SQL/Oracle / Cache database management systems preferred.

• Experience with integration platforms including middleware and application interfaces preferred.

• Experience working with project life cycle and project management methodologies preferred.

• Experience leading projects and/or teams in complex technology solutions preferred.

• Master's degree in computer science, management information systems or related field preferred.

• Project management skills including implementation of information systems preferred.

• Demonstration of leadership through team motivation, coaching, mentoring and delegating preferred.

• Budget preparation Team building and conflict resolution preferred.

• Proven ability to provide leadership to diverse groups and teams preferred.
