Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Regional Sales Director.  As an individual contributor,  you will be highly skilled at engaging new prospects and understanding their needs. You will be instrumental at articulating our value proposition to key decision-makers and securing new clients. Your approach will prioritize integrity and customer-centricity, focusing on the mid-market and enterprise customer segments.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets by cultivating a high-value revenue stream within your designated region.
  • Conduct in-depth customer discovery sessions to uncover pain points and effectively communicate the company’s unique value proposition.
  • Develop and execute strategies to secure new business, focusing on customer-centric solutions that align with specific needs.
  • Independently manage and report on a growing sales pipeline, using CRM tools for accurate and timely forecasting.
  • Create and present detailed quarterly business plans, including performance analysis, key accounts, and strategic initiatives for sustained success.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations tailored to the needs of prospects, clearly differentiating our offerings from competitors.
  • Maintain and expand your knowledge of the affiliate and performance marketing landscape, including key industry players and emerging trends.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in closing significant technology or service deals, with a proven ability to build relationships with top-level decision-makers.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to present to senior executives and diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, a passion for continuous learning, and a drive for personal and professional growth.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ), advanced sales acumen (IQ), and deep business insight.
  • Expertise in multi-channel marketing, particularly in Paid Search, Paid Social, and Affiliate channels.
