dormakaba is seeking a Strategic Project Manager, this position is remote. The Strategic Project Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities, including strategic business initiatives and complex projects. This role maintains a detailed and technical perspective of project operations from initiation to completion, while continuously monitoring and reporting on progress.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $95,000 - $105,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Monitor timelines, identify inefficiencies, and adjust as necessary to ensure smooth project progress
- Maintain a deep understanding of the client’s business, brand standards, and tech stack to facilitate seamless product implementations
- Assist with strategic projects, pilots, and other business initiatives related to product and software solutions
- Collaborate across multiple departments including Customer Success, Sales, Onboarding, Operations, and Product Development to define solution strategies, and support strategics initiatives.
- Proactively communicate changes, risks, and progress with all relevant internal and external teams.
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, etc. or equivalent years of experience.
- Data analysis and reporting skills using tools like Excel or Power BI
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Monday)
WHAT WE PREFER
- 6+ years of Project Management experience
- PMP (Project Management Professional), or other relevant project management certifications
- Agile, Scrum, or Lean certifications
