About The Role

As a Provisioning Specialist at NinjaOne, you will be essential in enhancing our customer onboarding experience and ensuring clients fully leverage our IT management platform. You will manage the provisioning process for various third-party products, requiring diligence in accuracy and adherence to established procedures.

Location: We are flexible on remote working from home, but you must be located in Philippines

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Account Setup and Configuration: Manage the creation and configuration of user accounts for new clients, ensuring all necessary features and permissions are accurately assigned. Follow the unique provisioning processes for each third-party product to provide customers with appropriate access. Our SLA is within one business day.
  • User Management: Monitor and maintain user accounts, including role assignments, permissions, and access rights. Handle requests for account modifications, ensuring accuracy.
  • Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and security of customer data throughout the provisioning process. Assist in migrating customer data into the SaaS platform as needed, adhering to best practices for data integrity.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to provisioning workflows to enhance efficiency and user experience. As you gain proficiency, assist with subscription management to contribute to smoother operations.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Act as the primary point of contact for provisioning-related issues, resolving problems promptly to minimize disruption. Provide ongoing support to users, addressing questions and concerns about account access and functionality.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports on provisioning activities and user metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Analyze data to support decision-making processes related to customer success and account management.
  • Products examples but not limited to: Autotask, Crowdstrike, Bitdefender, ServiceNow and more.
  • Billing Cross training and support during the month end.
  • Other duties as needed

About You

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.
  • 1-3 years of Provisioning experience.
  • Accurate data entry. Attention to detail.
  • Experience in analyzing large transactional volumes, preparing trend analysis, and resolving variance issues.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively organize and present information and respond to questions
  • Independent thinker and problem solver with ability to present solution.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks appropriately, and handle multiple responsibilities at once.
  • Comfortable with a busy month end process.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in Excel and Zendesk.
  • Understanding of Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, such as GDPR.
  • Maintain a secure data environment.
