Job Overview

Join PostJobMatches by WorkStaff USA as a Senior Environmental Pipe-lining Project Manager. This is a fully remote opportunity available to candidates within the United States. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in the management of environmental services and strategies related to midstream pipeline projects, including natural gas, hydrogen, and crude oil. Candidates must demonstrate experience with FERC Section 7© and Third-party EIS documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple projects from routing and siting through to construction compliance.
  • Lead resource teams in executing environmental studies and preparing permit applications, including FERC Section 7© and Third-party EIS documentation.
  • Liaise with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, attorneys, and GIS analysts.
  • Engage with the public and stakeholders during hearings and meetings.
  • Monitor project scope, budget, schedules, and forecasts.
  • Participate in business development efforts and represent the company at industry conferences.
  • Conduct field reviews and compliance inspections.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • In-depth knowledge of FERC regulations and federal environmental regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Planning, Geography, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental licensing and permitting for pipeline projects.
  • Professional certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
