This is a remote position.

Role Name: Executive Assistant 

Schedule:

  • Part-time - flexible but ideally, 5 hours per day (10:30 AM - 3:30 PM), Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage and prioritize the CEO’s daily to-do list, ensuring optimal time management
  • Handle high-level email correspondence on behalf of the CEO, maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
  • Perform various ad hoc tasks as they arise, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills
  • Assist with time management and scheduling, coordinating meetings and appointments effectively
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and other team members, facilitating smooth communication
