Responsibilities
  • Research & Prospecting: Identify potential B2C and B2B leads through targeted research within luxury home and fashion markets.
  • CRM Management: Maintain, track, and update lead data in the CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and seamless lead handoff to the sales team.
  • Engagement: Conduct direct email outreach, introducing prospects to our luxury silk offerings and brand story.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess potential leads based on interest, budget, and alignment with our product offerings.
  • Market Research: Track industry trends in luxury textiles and sustainability, identifying new areas of opportunity.
  • Surveys & Feedback: Design and conduct surveys to gather valuable insights about prospective customer needs and preferences.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to refine lead handover processes and optimize conversion rates.
  • Reporting: Monitor lead generation metrics and report on performance, offering suggestions to improve the lead generation strategy.
