The opportunity
The Regional Account Manager of University Partnerships will report to the Senior Director of University Partnerships. You will provide general oversight to all community college and military-related activities, initiate strategies for growing the transfer articulation and military programs, and undertake targeted research and development. You will manage all current relationships with community colleges and organizations serving community college transfer students, military branches, veteran service organizations, and military partners. Additionally, you may seek opportunities to establish new partnerships to assist SNHU in becoming a top choice for community college and military students. We ask that you travel (50-75%) which can include overnight travel (the amount of which is dependent on assigned region). Some weekend work/travel is required. We are asking that you live within a drivable distance to a major airport to ease in travel. Must live in Texas the Dallas area.
What you'll do:
You will ensure SNHU has representation on all identified community college partner and military installations and events.
You will promote SNHU Global Campus educational and partnership programs to community college partners and military educators, service members, veterans and their family members.
You will travel to community colleges and military bases and other military affiliated locations and events to recruit military personnel, their spouses and children, and community college transfer students for SNHU Global Campus educational programs.
You will build strategic territory outreach plans to recruit community college graduates and military affiliated populations including, service members (active, guard and reserve), veterans, and the family members of service members and veterans.
You will build and maintain relationships with important influencers at community colleges and within the military including military affiliated students, senior leaders, base education staff, partner veteran service organizations, military spouse organizations and state military leaders.
You will refer enrollment inquiries to admissions staff, including contact and introducing potential students to SNHU Global Campus programs and electronic resources. Coordinate preliminary transfer credit evaluations for either the undergraduate or graduate program. Ensure that the students’ goals and the University’s mission are compatible.
You will be a contact within an assigned territory for community college partners and with Education Service Officers and other military partners to foster awareness of SNHU programs and offerings targeted to the military community. These relationships include important influencers including military affiliated students, senior leaders, base education staff, partner veteran service organizations, military spouse organizations, state military leaders and partner organizations assigned all to grow SNHU military enrollment.
You will seek out meaningful partnerships with organizations that promote the education and general well-being of military affiliated members. Further, maintain relationships with partner organizations to foster good will between the University, the partner, and intended beneficiaries.
You will build awareness, advocacy and help develop degree roadmaps with military schools houses to articulate military credit through “road mapped pathways” for both undergraduate and graduate programs.
You will be a SNHU Military ambassador to currently enrolled military students to provide in person and virtual support to students in our territories. Not to exceed 20 percent of job responsibility.
You will have compliance with the Department of Defense Memorandum of Understanding and State requirements, including Base Access processes and recruiting and admissions requirements.

We would like to see:
Bachelor's degree required in related field.
5 years of experience in Higher Education strategic account management and as a college outreach representative with a record of solution selling and relationship management across community colleges, or similar position.
Experience producing measurable results for Partners, delivering Higher Ed solutions.
Proficiency with managing all aspects of CRM related accountabilities.
Additional Experience:
Master’s degree
Prior experience as an outreach representative for an institute of higher learning.
Recruiting and/or higher education admissions or outreach experience.
Knowledge of community college culture and tuition assistance processes
Knowledge or experience with transfer credit programs.
Experience with program management

Compensation
The annual pay range for this position is $75,528.00 - $120,865.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $83,457.00 - $112,912.00.
