The Referral Coordinator would provide someone with the opportunity to learn about systems of care, treatment planning and discharge planning (which would include community resources). This position is responsible for coordinating all referral for the outpatient program; they will interact with potentials clients and referral sources via email, phone and fax. This person will also complete insurance verification and setting up the client in the electronic health record and assigning to staff and maintain tracking spreadsheet and run reports to ensure updated information.

 

Salary: This position's rate starts at $16.50/ hour; the rate increases with relevant experience and higher Education.

Schedule: Part time; 20 hours/week. This is a remote position

Qualifications:

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least two years of progressively responsible office experience. Experience in a mental health setting preferred

Schedule:

  • Must be able to complete a 3-day (Monday - Wednesday) new hire orientation class; hours are approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm each day. 

Other Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Screen
