Job Description

The NetSuite GBU is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented professional to join the NetSuite GBU CS Operations team to support Customer Success Operations internal initiatives. This support includes but is not limited to managing projects, business/data analysis, reporting to key stakeholders on progress, developing and/or supporting enablement strategies and tracking KPIs to measure success. This Business Process Lead will interact will all levels of organization members within CS Operations and have responsibility for coordinating cross-functionally at times with the internal organizations we support to ensure project success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience a plus
  • Project Management experience required
  • 2+ years of Operations, Project Management, Professional Services Consulting, experience or equivalent
  • Knowledge of NetSuite preferred
  • Must be detail oriented and highly organized with sound decision making skills
  • Excellent collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Experience with complex data analysis using Excel pivots and functions required
  • Knowledge of MS Project and other project management tools preferred
  • Strong presentation skills required using PowerPoint
  • Ability to create process flow diagrams in Visio or other software applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead internal projects within our CS Operations organization
  • Review existing processes and identify gaps
  • Gather, analyze, and translate data to support recommendations and address gaps
  • Present process recommendations to relevant stakeholders for buy in/alignment
  • Lead projects involving cross-functional teams and coordinate projects/activities that align with overall CS Operations departmental goals
  • Create detailed project plans to ensure projects stay on track; Drive project deliverables with minimal supervision
  • Work with management and project stakeholders to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once with competing due dates
  • Work with respective teams on process adoption and enable teams as appropriate
  • Implement change management strategies to gain adoption, reduce resistance and encourage end user acceptance
  • Develop KPIs with relevant stakeholders to measure project success
  • Liaise/build relationships and support collaboration within CS Operations
  • Create/Support development of key reports for Executive Leadership and Managers
  • Must be able to function as part of a team and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving work environment

Canada: Hiring Range from $44,000 - $96,000 CAD per year

US: Hiring Range: from $27.02 - $54.13 per hour; from $56,200 - $112,600 per year. May be eligible for equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
