Global Alliance Administrator:
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for Syntax’s strategic partnerships with Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, Google, IBM, Oracle, and SAP, coordinating with regional partner managers to provide a global view of our partnerships.
Manage the terms and conditions of partnership, and monitor the availability of partner programs to ensure Syntax is aware of changes and their impact.
Work with marketing to understand and communicate availability of market development funds based on our partnership level.
Work with channel sales, sales, sales operations, and finance to ensure the functions of registering deals, booking orders, and invoicing are documented and clearly understood.
Monitor programs for incentive funds, and ensure channel sales and sales operations understand the requirements for receiving them.
Ensure all company-level certifications are met, working with service owners and product managers to identify the appropriate certifications for Syntax’s business, developing training and certification plans for employees, and administering any educational benefits related to our partnerships.
Qualifications:
Experience as the administrator of one or more partner programs from AWS, Microsoft, Google, Oracle, SAP, IBM, or similar technology provider.
Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Native-level language fluency in English is required. Bilingual in Spanish, German, or French is preferred.
Strong project management skills and moderate knowledge of project management tools such as Smartsheets, Microsoft Planner, or Microsoft Projects are required.
Experience working in a Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint and Teams.
Undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or Marketing or equivalent with 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
Passion for learning new things and working in a fast-paced, global team environment.
