Power BI Developer

Overview:

We are currently searching for an experienced Power BI Analyst to join our dynamic company. As a Power BI Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining Power BI reports. We require a minimum of 5 years of experience and expect you to create new processes, take leadership in terms of developing what other things we need to report and provide valuable insights to senior management. You will also be expected to discuss possible next steps with them.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop Power BI Reporting:

• Create and enhance Power BI reports tailored specifically to financial usage information.
• Use your expertise in Power BI to ensure accurate and visually compelling data representations.

Senior Management Support:

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports aimed at assisting senior management in understanding key aspects of the business.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights to aid strategic decision-making.
• Manage access of users to different PowerBI reports
• Training new users and providing user support as needed

Ad-Hoc Initiatives:

• Engage in ad-hoc initiatives as directed by the manager, showcasing your adaptability and problem-solving skills.
• Respond promptly to changing business requirements and provide timely analytical support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in developing Power BI reports, power pivot tables, and dashboards for a minimum of 5 years.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, DAX, and M language.
• Basic understanding of sales, revenues, and P&L reports
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate reports.
• Excellent command of English
