We are seeking a talented Senior Mobile Engineer (Swift/Kotlin) to join our Monetization Team and contribute to the development of innovative features. This job is 100% remote and can be based in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the U.K.

About the Monetization Team:

Our Monetization Team is dedicated to enhancing user experiences and driving growth through data-driven features. The team focuses on optimizing paywalls, refining user flows, such as onboarding, and conducting extensive A/B testing. We manage subscription processes, strategically place ads and offers within the app.

Your Mission

As a Senior Mobile Engineer, you will:

Design, implement and maintain new features in close collaboration with the Design, Analytics and Product Teams
Engage in extensive A/B testing to optimize user experience and improve key metrics
Work on subscription processing, ad placements and user flow enhancements to improve overall application performance
Write and maintain the iOS codebase using the latest Swift language features like Swift Concurrency and Macros while driving the shift from UIKit to SwiftUI
Learn Kotlin for writing features in our shared business logic (Kotlin Multiplatform) and collaborate with mobile engineers to share and transfer iOS knowledge, including helping to migrate Swift code to the Kotlin code

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer who:

Delivers high-quality, well-structured code with meticulous attention to detail
Is eager to learn new technologies and adapt to different programming languages, with experience in Swift and SwiftUI; knowledge of Kotlin and Kotlin Multi Platform is a plus
Thrives in collaborative environments, values teamwork and actively engages with the tech community (e.g., KotlinConf, NSSpain)
Is fluent in English with excellent written communication skills and has 6+ years of mobile development experience
Is proficient and comfortable working in a fully remote environment
