European Sales Territory Manager - Fire Protection Industry - Engineered Corrosion Solutions (ECS)

OTE £110,000

Are you a driven sales professional ready to lead the charge for revenue growth across Europe? Do you thrive on building relationships and making a real impact in a dynamic industry? If so, ECS has an exciting opportunity for you to become a key player in our team!

Role Overview:

As the European Sales Territory Manager, you will be at the forefront of expanding ECS's footprint within the fire sprinkler contractor market. Your mission? To drive significant revenue growth through our existing client base and targeted outreach to new prospects. With a focus on face-to-face client interaction, you’ll become a trusted advisor, delivering value and technical expertise across our offerings.

What You’ll Do:

  • Hunt for New Business: Lead the charge by identifying and pursuing new sales leads through data mining, social media, and other lead generation tools.
  • Drive Account Growth: Cultivate existing ECS accounts, providing education, training, and support to our fire sprinkler contractors to drive repeat business.
  • Engage in Sales Outreach: Follow up on assigned leads, cold call new contacts, and present our industry-leading solutions to prospective clients.
  • Client-Focused Travel: Meet clients face-to-face across Europe (50-70% travel) to build strong relationships and close deals.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent ECS at key industry events, joining leading organisations such as AFSA, NFSA, and SFPE.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Own your pipeline, follow up on opportunities, and keep CRM data accurate and up to date to ensure accountability and success.
