Position Available: Regional Managing Director

We are on the lookout for a strategic and results-driven Regional Managing Director to lead operational and business development initiatives within our specified regions. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills Required
  • A minimum of 2-3 years in a senior leadership role within the forex or financial services industry, specifically focusing on the LATAM region.
  • Deep understanding of forex markets, trading platforms, and regulatory requirements in LATAM.
  • Proven success in driving business growth, meeting financial targets, and leading successful regional expansions.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams effectively.
  • Highly self-reliant, with the ability to oversee business development, forge partnerships, and establish new client relationships.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential; additional languages spoken in the LATAM region are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of local business practices and regulatory environments in major LATAM markets, including Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Paraguay, and Uruguay.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the flexibility to adjust strategies based on market dynamics.
