Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze newly assigned files from adjusters.
• Draft legal pleadings and motions while managing written discovery.
• Prepare for and conduct depositions, which include expert witness depositions.
• Argue motions and represent the firm in court hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and prepare detailed status reports.
  
  

Required Skills

• Significant experience in New York Bodily Injury or General Liability Defense.
• Strong analytical capabilities to assess new case files effectively.
• Proficient in drafting pleadings, motions, and managing discovery processes.
• Expertise in conducting depositions and court proceedings.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in NY Insurance Defense Litigation (B.I. or General Liability Defense).
