Key Responsibilities

As a distinguished property casualty litigator, you will play a pivotal role in our expanding practice, particularly if you possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Property Casualty, 1st Party Property, or Civil Litigation.
  • Proven capability in managing cases in both state and federal courts, mentoring junior staff, overseeing discovery, and taking/defending depositions.
  • Exceptional writing skills for drafting petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs with minimal supervision, in addition to trial preparation.
  • A proactive mindset and an eagerness to understand the business aspects of practicing law.
  • Admission to practice in the State of Florida is essential, with additional state admissions viewed favorably, particularly for candidates located in Southwest Florida.
