We are in search of a committed Estate Planning Attorney to enrich our dynamic team. This fully remote position allows you to engage directly with clients while collaborating with professionals across our Tax and Wealth Management departments, including Financial Advisors, Tax Attorneys, CPAs, Accountants, and Health Care Agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of experts.
• Engage in creative problem-solving with the support of our legal staff.
• Conduct client meetings, providing essential direction and assistance.
• Maintain an updated understanding of state laws and regulations.
• Network with other law firms to explore potential collaborative opportunities.

Qualifications

• Entry-level attorneys are encouraged to apply (must be bar-certified).
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Previous experience in estate planning is advantageous but not mandatory.
